1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices for the NetPrep Trainer application for iPhone and iPad and the related NetPrep marketing and support webpages operated by AV1611 Audio Visual.
NetPrep Trainer respects your privacy. The application is designed to work offline and does not require you to create an account.
2. Information we collect
NetPrep Trainer does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or app usage data.
The application does not include:
- Advertising or advertising identifiers
- Analytics or behavioral tracking
- Third-party data-collection SDKs
- User accounts or login credentials
- Cloud synchronization operated by the developer
- In-app purchases or subscriptions
3. Information stored on your device
Study progress, answer history, confidence ratings, and related preferences are stored locally on your device so the application can show progress and personalize review. This information is not sent to AV1611 Audio Visual.
Local application data may be included in device backups managed by Apple according to your device and iCloud settings. Those backups are governed by Apple’s privacy practices and your Apple account settings.
Deleting NetPrep Trainer may remove its locally stored data. Do not delete or reinstall the application as a troubleshooting step unless you accept the possibility of losing local study history.
4. Device permissions
NetPrep Trainer does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information, or other sensitive device data.
5. Marketing and support website
The NetPrep marketing and support webpages do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts.
The support form on this website does not submit information to a web server. When you select Open Email, your browser asks your device to open its configured email application with the information you entered. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that email.
Like most web hosts, the hosting provider may process routine server log information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security and reliable operation of the hosting service. AV1611 Audio Visual does not use those logs to build advertising profiles or track activity across other websites.
6. Children’s privacy
Because NetPrep Trainer does not collect personal information through the application, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data security
The application minimizes privacy risk by keeping study information on the device and not transmitting it to the developer. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and Apple account.
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to send will be handled only as needed to respond to the request, diagnose the reported issue, maintain necessary business records, or comply with applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
If the application’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed practices are released. The effective date at the top of this page will also be revised.
